We take a holistic approach to every body and an individual approach to our clients. Lansdowne Physio works with you to understand your personal goals and can develop a program to help you achieve these. We can incorporate the most suitable aspects of the McKenzie Method, Alexander Technique or Clinical Pilates to help you.
We have programs to help people manage pain (particularly neck pain and back pain) and recover from sports injuries and workplace injuries. We aim for a smooth transition from acute treatment by helping people understand their injury so they can eventually manage it themselves.
We assist with personal development through improved self-awareness and mindfulness, better overall health and wellbeing and improved sporting and performance techniques. We help people find a new ease and lightness of movement.
